The BCTCalRuntime allows the end user to change background color and date Highlight color at runtime.

It adds a control with a group for final positioning.

The colors are displayed in the regions at runtime.

Default will load the original design colors and save them to the ini.

Apply will apply the current selections to the calendar, for the current session, but not save them.

Save Settings will save the current settings to the ini for further uses of the Calendar.

Ini File for Parameter is where the settings are stored for the runtime control.
