By clicking the "Override Date/Time Display checkbox, the template allows you to display something other than the time in the column.  In the "Data to Display(EXPR) field, you can enter another field to display or any valid Clarion expression to be displayed in the column.  Note that this will only work if the appointment spans more than one time column, the default time column - the first column, will always display the date or time depending on the "TimeLine Type" you've selected.
