BSTBooking is a listbox that drops on your window.  It becomes available in the controls area of the ide once you have a BCT calendar or the NoBCTCal  extension installed on a window.  Resize to fit your needs.

Right Click on the listbox, and select Actions.

Select the TimeLine type Grid you Want.  Day, BizDay, Week, Month or Year.

If you select the Week Grid, you have the option of starting your Week on Monday instead of Sunday.

The "Add HVSCROLL to list box" turns on the Vertical and Horizontal scroll bars.

Add Blank Col on End adds a blank column to enhance appearances on listboxes when scrolling.

Set the Default Line Height for the listbox.

Then fill in or check the rest of the settings as needed to fill your requirements.  Some buttons are only enabled for certain grid selections where appropriate.
