Right Click on the control to go to the template prompts.

All you have to fill in is which instance of the  BSTSched, BSTMonthSched, or BSTBooking that the Controls are supposed to update, and they are listed above the drop down list.  You can go back to the list and right click it to get the name if  you need to.
