These prompts format the Listbox columns, and Headers that appear across the top of the list box when the application runs. The defaults work well, but you may want to change Max Number of Fields in to match the maximum number of Resources you expect to use.

Conflict Handling

1.Number of Conflict Columns determines how many columns to accept appts and conflicts.  Defaults to 5. This number represents the "total columns" for appointments for the time period.  If you set this to 1, it has only one column like the older versions of BST.  Setting to 5 gives you "four additional" columns to handle double and triple bookings, etc.  If the number of columns is exceeded, the conflicts appear in the default conflict color in the "Last Column" of the Time period.
2.Minimum Width of Columns determines the width of the conflict columns when added into the time period column.  If the minimum width is less than the default column width, it will divide the column into equal widths for the conflict columns. For example if your column default is 80, and your default width is 30, when one conflict occurs, 2 columns are used, and each one is 40 units wide.  If 2 conflicts occur, 3 columns are used, 30 each, and the default column group is expanded to 90 to accommodate them.
