When Updating From an Older version of BST to Version 4.24

Feature:  Backward Compatible.

The RecurSched and WCRecurReminder control templates have changed.

They have a new "Update" button and   "Remove By Date" checkbox.

This adds a lot of flexibility to the recurring function, but requires changes to existing files, one new file, and the use of alias files to accomplish.  This is documented in the links for the respective control templates, and in the minimum file requirements under GuiId Field/Key Usage as optional.

There is an additional template, RecurSchedUpd control template to add the features to an existing installed version.

Deleting the 2 controls removes the feature in the new control template so you are not forced to go thru changes or to add the feature.
