When Updating From an Older version of BST to Version 4.0

The old "Static" Wall Calendars are no longer supported. You will have to delete them and replace them with the "Dynamic Wall Calendar"  ===   #CONTROL(BSTDWallCal, 'Dynamic Wall Calendar Reminder V4.0'),MULTI,WINDOW

The older version of  BCTCal, 'Large Calendar Control V3.x'  needs to be deleted, exit the procedure, re-enter the procedure and add the new control back in. It will cause compile errors otherwise.  The strings in the control required renaming to match the conventions used in the other calendars so the code could be reused getting ready for classes.  This was required to add the new "Button Feature"
