The duration times needs to be stored in the appropriate units for the template grid usage, minutes for the daily, days for week and month, and months for the yearly grid.  These duration times ideally add up to the "Total Duration Time" of the booking file field that you must enter in the Data Files section under 'Duration Field' but not necessarily so.  If the total time here is shorter than the total duration time, the standard color for the Bookings will be used that you selected in the Color settings.  The duration colors will be executed in order that they appear in the list.  You can move them up and down with the arrow buttons as needed.  If these duration times are longer than the total duration time selected in the data files button, they will be ignored. 

This gives you the maximum flexibility and control of the colors and where they are placed.  Such as adding "cleaning" time to initiate dentist appointments,  Preview, Showtime, and cleaning time to movie houses as in the example above,  etc, etc.

Hopefully this is self explanatory,  select the File Field with the Conditional duration time,  and the colors to use for the cell and text for that condition.
