If you select Popup Update, you can select the text to display , and the optional icons to use for the default items in the popup menu created by the template.  The Print Option will become available in the templates that have reports available in them.

If you wish to add your own Items to the popup menu, Check the "Add My Menu Items To Popups" and push the "Add My Popup Items" Button.

If you wish to restrict the default items displayed on the popup menu, push the Restrict Popup Items button.
