A sample users file is included with BSec.   See includes.  BSec is designed to use your Users or Employee file as long as the minimal file requirements are met.  Users File requires a Login Name(String), Password(String), and Security Level(Byte) Fields. A unique Key is required on the LogInName field.  It is a good idea to have the file encrypted with an Owners Name. You can enforce case requirements, alpha numeric, etc as needed if you like.
