A FileDialog is provided to pick a new BTL file to edit.

A Config Button is provided to call a procedure to Configure the Headers and form prompts for the BTL file in current use.

A PickList Button is provided to Call a procedure to get a previous BTL file to Edit.

The form has text fields to support Dual Entry characters and Line Feeds for  Multi-Line ToolTips.

Do not use Line Feeds except for ToolTips.  Do Not Edit Field One, your default Language used for the lookups, except for Multi-Line tooltips, or adding additional translations.

Changing Default Language field can cause BoTran2 to fail in looking up your text for translation.  Only change it as instructed.
