Added flag   ReverseListFormat

When _ENV:ReverseListFormat is set to 1 :

Added method  BoTran2.RevFormat to reformat List and combo boxes to right justify, and mirror image of order the fields are displayed.(C4-C55x)

In C6, it works with prop:layout to reverse the listbox sequence of fields, and just right justifies the text type fields.
