EdBoTran.exe is a utility app shipped with BoTran to edit the BTL translation file.
EdBoTran.exe along with the app and dct. is located in:
%ROOT%\3rdParty\examples\BoTran\Editor directory.
All Source is provided so you can modify to suit your needs, and salt to taste.
